Bradley Bounds, a member of our sales team, has been in the manufactured and modular housing business for more than 20 years. That experience helps our customers find the home that’s right for them and their families. When he’s not at the office, Bradley enjoys photography, ice and rock climbing, and old rock-and-roll and blues music.
Nick Cacioppo - Sales
Nick Cacioppo is a life-long resident of Livingston Parish and a member of the Denham Springs Housing sales team. When Nick’s not helping our customers find the home of their dreams, he’s working out, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his better half, Elizabeth, and his puppy, Cardi.
Mindy Tullier - Customer Success Representative
Mindy Tullier is Denham Springs Housing's customer success representative. She has more than five years in the manufactured and modular housing industry. When she’s not helping customers, she enjoys going on road trips, baking, playing the harp, and doing outdoor activities with her dogs, Marley and Bella.
Danny Forbes - Service Manager
Service Manager Danny Forbes has more than 25 years of experience in the manufactured and modular housing industry. Danny’s an Army veteran and has been in the area for more than 40 years. He’s married to Candy Forbes, the president of Denham Springs Housing, and has two daughters that attend LSU.

Candy Forbes - President
A life-long resident of Livingston Parish and a graduate of Live Oak High School and LSU, Candy Forbes is the president of Denham Springs Housing and has more than 25 years in the industry. She’s a board member of the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce and the Louisiana Manufactured Housing Association. Candy and her husband Danny have two wonderful daughters who attend LSU. When she’s not at the office, Candy enjoys LSU football, and entertaining friends and family on the weekends.
